Our state-of-the-art online services give you a secure, fast and convenient way to access your pension information. All you need is your LPF Member ID number to log in.

As soon as you become a Plan Member, you will receive a personalized card with your LPF ID Number in the mail. This number is your unique key to access your pension information and, at the same time, your new identification reference when communicating with the LPF over the phone or by mail.

If you are a member and you have not received your LPF ID Card in the mail, please contact our office as soon as possible.

AccessLPF – Your complete online pension resource

The AccessLPF site gives you secure access to your LPF information and lets you perform pension-related inquiries at any time. It is a fast and easy way to ensure that your records at the LPF are always up-to-date while helping you make decisions about your future retirement.

  • Update your home address, telephone, email, date of birth and marital status
  • View your correspondence with the LPF and upload scanned documents and forms directly to the LPF
  • Review your beneficiary information and download a form to change or add a new beneficiary
  • View your pension contributions and work history. Search by employer or time period
  • Estimate how much a self-pay contribution will cost and submit a self-pay request form
  • Report new compensation claims and view the status of reported claims
  • Apply for your pension: online application for a Retirement or Disability Pension
  • Get a pension estimate or a projected calculation of your pension benefit in the future  
  • View/download your Annual Pension Benefit Statement
  • Browse through LPF Pension and Financial information, Plan Booklets, and Member Newsletters.

How to login

On the Home page click on the “AccessLPF” icon or any AccessLPF link available throughout the website.

You will be directed to the following login page: 

  1. Enter your User ID. 
    This number is the LPF Member ID number printed on the LPF Member ID Card you received in the mail. If you did not receive your LPF Member ID Card please contact us immediately
  2. Enter your Password. 
    The first time you are logging into AccessLPF site you must use your SIN as your password. You will be prompted to create a new password immediately after logging in.

Your new password must be between 8 and 20 characters long, include at least one letter and at least one digit or special character (ex: !,?,# etc.). Your password cannot contain your last name, first name or user name. Please remember that your saved password is case sensitive.

If you forgot your password, you can retrieve it by clicking the “Forgot your password?” link. You will be asked to enter your User ID and the email address you previously provided to the LPF. You will receive an email with your current password.

If you did not provide us with an email address, please contact us at 289-291-3663 or 1-866-932-1100 and we will reset your password to your SIN. You will then have to create a new password.

The login screen also contains a QR code to use with your LPF mobile app to skip signing in with your user ID and password. The latest version of our Phone App contains a button “Scan QR on AccessLPF” on the Sign In screen to scan this QR code. When you press this button on your phone, it will go into camera mode. Simply hold your phone in front of this QR code and the system will sign you in.


LPF Mobile APPs – Pension information at your fingertips

The LPFCEC Mobile App was designed to provide you with secure access to your LPF information. Update personal information , review contributed hours, get pension estimates and projected pension estimates and access Annual Pension Benefit Statements – all from your smart phone or tablet – anytime, anywhere!

Features:

Work History:

View all the contributions remitted on your behalf by your employer(s) listed by year.

Benefit Statement:

View your Annual Pension Benefit Statements issued by the LPF and listed by year.

Pension Estimate:

Estimate your current benefit based on your selected retirement age. You can also do a Projected Estimate based on your input of Projected Annual Hours and Projected Annual Rate Increase.

View/Edit Address:

View and Edit your address and contact information currently on file at the LPF.

Beneficiaries:

View the list of your designated beneficiaries that LPF has on file.

How to download the LPF Mobile App for iPhone and iPad

The app can be installed on any version of the iPhone or iPad as long as the device has Apple’s operating system version IOS5 or later.

To check the operating system version of your device please go to: Settings > General > About , and view the line titled Version.

You may upgrade your operating system to the latest version by going to: Settings > General > Software Update

To install the app on your device, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the App Store (tap on the app icon to open)
  2. Go to Search menu and type in LPFCEC
  3. Once the app is found tap on INSTALL
  4. Once install is complete tap on OPEN

How to Log in

  1. Enter your LPF Member ID.

  2. Enter your Password. 
    Your password is the same one used to log into AccessLPF.

After you have logged in for the first time, you can now use the Quick Sign In button whenever you wish to use your app.

The login screen also has a “Scan QR on AccessLPF” button that allows you to log into AccessLPF’s website without manually entering the User ID and password on the web login screen. When this button is pressed, the mobile phone’s camera is activated and ready to capture the QR code which appears on the AccessLPF login screen. When you press this button on your phone, it will go into camera mode. Simply hold your phone in front of this QR code and the system will sign you in.

You cannot change your password using the Mobile App. If you want to change your password you must log into AccessLPF on your computer. You will be prompted to create a new password immediately after logging in. Your password cannot contain your last name, first name or user name. Please remember that your saved password is case sensitive.

How to download the LPF Mobile App for Android

Your device must be using Android operating system 2.4 or later

To install the app on your device please follow these steps:

  1. From any Android device, start “Play Store” app. to go to the Android Store.
  2. Search for LPFCEC.
  3. Once found, select it and click on the “Install” button.
  4. Read permission requirements, then if agree, click on “Accept and Download” button.
  5. The app will be installed and you can start it from the icon created on your screen.
