Our state-of-the-art online services give you a secure, fast and convenient way to access your pension information. All you need is your LPF Member ID number to log in.
As soon as you become a Plan Member, you will receive a personalized card with your LPF ID Number in the mail. This number is your unique key to access your pension information and, at the same time, your new identification reference when communicating with the LPF over the phone or by mail.
If you are a member and you have not received your LPF ID Card in the mail, please contact our office as soon as possible.
AccessLPF – Your complete online pension resource
The AccessLPF site gives you secure access to your LPF information and lets you perform pension-related inquiries at any time. It is a fast and easy way to ensure that your records at the LPF are always up-to-date while helping you make decisions about your future retirement.
- Update your home address, telephone, email, date of birth and marital status
- View your correspondence with the LPF and upload scanned documents and forms directly to the LPF
- Review your beneficiary information and download a form to change or add a new beneficiary
- View your pension contributions and work history. Search by employer or time period
- Estimate how much a self-pay contribution will cost and submit a self-pay request form
- Report new compensation claims and view the status of reported claims
- Apply for your pension: online application for a Retirement or Disability Pension
- Get a pension estimate or a projected calculation of your pension benefit in the future
- View/download your Annual Pension Benefit Statement

How to Log in
On the Home page click on the “AccessLPF” icon or any AccessLPF link available throughout the website.
You will be directed to the following log in page:
- Enter your User ID.
This number is the LPF Member ID number printed on the LPF Member ID Card you received in the mail. If you did not receive your LPF Member ID Card please contact us immediately. - Enter your Password.
The first time you are logging into AccessLPF site you must use your SIN as your password. You will be prompted to create a new password immediately after logging in.
Your new password must be between 8 and 20 characters long, include at least one letter and at least one digit or special character (ex: !,?,# etc.). Your password cannot contain your last name, first name or user name. Please remember that your saved password is case sensitive.
If you forgot your password, you can retrieve it by clicking the “Forgot password?” link. You will be asked to enter your User ID and the email address you previously provided to the LPF. You will receive an email with your current password.
If you did not provide us with an email address, please contact us at 289-291-3663 or 1-866-932-1100 and we will reset your password to your SIN. You will then have to create a new password.
LPF Mobile APP – Pension information at your fingertips
The LPFCEC mobile app is designed to bring you the full functionality of our online platform right at your fingertips. With this app, you can easily access all the features from the web version, including tracking your pension growth, viewing your benefit statements, and managing your account details.
Whether you’re checking in on your pension status, updating personal information, or reviewing your contribution history, the app ensures a seamless and convenient experience. However, please note that the pension application process is currently only available through the online platform.

How to Download and Log into the LPF Mobile App
For iPhone and iPad:
The LPF Mobile App can be installed on any iPhone or iPad running iOS 5 or later. To check your device’s operating system version, navigate to: Settings > General > About and look for the line titled “Version.” If needed, you can upgrade your operating system by going to: Settings > General > Software Update.
To install the app on your device:
- Open the App Store by tapping on the app icon.
- Go to the Search menu and type in “LPFCEC.”
- Once the app appears, tap on “INSTALL.”
- After installation is complete, tap on “OPEN.”
For Android Devices:
Ensure your device is running Android OS 2.4 or later
To install the app on your device:
- Open the “Play Store” app on your Android device.
- Search for “LPFCEC.”
- Once the app is found, select it and tap the “Install” button.
- Review the permission requirements, and if you agree, tap “Accept and Download.”
- The app will be installed, and you can start it from the icon created on your screen.
How to Log In
- Enter your LPF Member ID:
This number is printed on the LPF Member ID Card you received in the mail. If you did not receive your LPF Member ID Card, please contact us immediately.
- Enter your Password:
Your password is the same one used to log into AccessLPF through our online platform. If you have never logged into AccessLPF, your password will be your SIN.
After your first login, you can set up Face ID or fingerprint scanning for easy access to the app.
